Every Chronos timepiece deserves careful handling from our workshop to your wrist. Here is how we ship your watch.

United States

Free shipping on all orders over $500. For orders below $500, a flat-rate shipping fee of $25 applies.

International

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated per order based on destination and watch weight, and are communicated to you before payment, along with the invoice.

Order Preparation

Once payment is confirmed, we typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Every shipment includes:

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your watch ships, you receive an email and chat message with your tracking number and carrier. You can also visit our Track My Order page any time for updates.

Signature at Delivery

For the security of every piece, all shipments require a signature on delivery. If you will not be available, you can arrange redelivery or pickup at the carrier's nearest depot. We recommend using a daytime address (home or office) where someone can sign.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, factors beyond our control — customs, weather, holidays — may occasionally delay a shipment. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
