Is my order final when I click "Place Order"?
No. Submitting an order lets our team reach out to you with the final invoice and payment details. The order only becomes binding once you receive the invoice and the payment is confirmed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Absolutely — as long as payment has not been confirmed yet. Contact us via chat or email, and we will update or cancel it immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you sell pre-owned watches?
Yes — clearly labelled as such in the product description and marked with a condition grade (e.g. "Pre-owned — Excellent"). Pre-owned pieces come with the same 2-year warranty.
What is the difference between the "New" and "Pre-owned" listings of the same model?
The new listing is unworn with full manufacturer's packaging and warranty. The pre-owned listing is a verified piece in excellent condition at a significantly lower price, still covered by our own 2-year warranty.
