A watch is a deeply personal purchase. If it isn't quite right once it's on your wrist, we make it easy to return or exchange.
14-Day Return Policy
You may return any watch purchased from Chronos within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason. No questions asked — your satisfaction is our priority.
Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the returned watch must be:
- In its original, unworn condition (no scratches, no signs of use beyond a gentle try-on)
- Complete with all original packaging, box, tags, papers, manuals and accessories
- Protected with its original tag or plastic sleeve (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the signed invoice
How to Return
- Contact us first — reach out via live chat or email within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return. Please do not ship anything without confirming with our team first.
- Receive return instructions — we provide a prepaid return label (for US returns) or shipping instructions (for international returns) along with our secure return address.
- Pack securely — place the watch back in its original box with all accessories, then in the original shipping box. Add protective padding.
- Ship back insured — drop off at your chosen carrier location. Keep the tracking number.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the returned watch, our team inspects it within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets the return conditions. We then issue your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Processing times by method:
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days after refund is issued
- PayPal: instant to 24 hours
- Credit card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Cryptocurrency: refunded in the same currency, usually within 24 hours
Exchanges
Prefer a different watch instead of a refund? No problem. Let us know in your initial message — we will help you pick the replacement and balance the price difference (upward or downward).
Return Shipping Costs
- US returns — we provide a prepaid label at no cost to you when the return is initiated within 14 days.
- International returns — shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective or incorrectly described item.
- Defective item — if the watch arrived damaged or not as described, we cover all return shipping costs and priority replacement shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Watches showing signs of wear, damage or modification
- Watches returned without all original packaging and papers
- Watches returned after the 14-day window
- Straps, bracelets or spare parts (ordered separately)
