1. Products & Authenticity
All timepieces sold by Chronos are 100% authentic. We source our watches from authorised distributors, certified pre-owned specialists, and trusted private collections. Each watch is thoroughly inspected and verified before shipment.
Product specifications, photos and descriptions are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations between published images and the delivered product may occur, particularly for pre-owned pieces.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required.
Payment is arranged directly with our sales team after your order is submitted. Accepted methods include: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (via secure link), and cryptocurrency (with a 15% discount).
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed on your invoice.
3. Order Process
When you place an order:
- You submit your order details via our secure checkout form
- Our team contacts you via chat or email to confirm availability and payment method
- You receive a professional invoice with payment instructions
- Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your watch for dispatch
- You receive tracking details once the package ships
Orders are not binding on Chronos until the invoice is issued and payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is offered on orders over $500 within the USA. International shipping rates are calculated on a per-order basis and communicated to you before payment.
All watches are fully insured during transit. Signatures are required at delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee.
5. 14-Day Return Policy
You may return any watch purchased from Chronos within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
- The watch is in its original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, papers and accessories are included
- You have contacted our team to initiate the return
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly described. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned watch.
6. Warranty
Each Chronos timepiece is backed by a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms are detailed on our Service & Warranty page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronos' total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Submit false or fraudulent order information
9. Modifications
Chronos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent US courts.
